It may be raining outside, but who’s to say we can’t have a picnic in our living room instead of the park?
June’s been a wash out. The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant on the Thames was wetter than an Indonesian monsoon, and the city did a roaring trade in Union Jack umbrellas.
